Mint Julep

60–80 ml Wild Turkey 101
a cube of brown sugar
a handful of mint leaves
garnish: mint tip

Put one brown sugar cube into a steel cup. Each cube is 2.5 g, so it is easier to measure the amount of ingredient we need. We pour a lot of bourbon over it. Everyone pours as you wish. I prefer 60-80 ml, because then the alcohol reacts nicely with the ice - it does not turn into a mush, but we get a well-frozen cocktail. In the next stage, add a handful of mint, sprinkle with crushed ice and mix it so that the sugar combines with the bourbon and the aroma of mint. To enhance this herbal refreshment, we can decorate the finished cocktail with mint tips. Then we get an additional scent sensation.
