INGREDIENTS

50 ml Bombay Sapphire
25 ml of fresh lemon juice
10 ml of sugar syrup
top up to the end with soda
garnish: 1/2 a slice of lemon and maraschino cherry

PREPARATION

It is a mixed cocktail that is topped up with soda water. We can add a delicate, thin slice of lemon and maraschino cherry to break the taste and color. The cocktail is pastel and we serve it in a tall glass, which emphasizes its delicate color.
