Whisky Sour


60 ml Wild Turkey 101
20 ml of fresh lemon juice
15 ml of honey syrup
4 drops of Angostura Bitters
1 egg white
garnish: orange zest


It is a shake cocktail, served in a low glass, preferably on large ice bones. You can also use one larger cube and our cocktail will look equally attractive. So, take a shaker. First, you can "shake" just the egg white in a shaker “dry”, i.e. “dry shake”, and aerate it well, and after whipping the foam, add the rest of the ingredients and ice to cool the cocktail. Of course, we can also put all the ingredients together, shake them thoroughly and then pour them on ice into the previously prepared glass.
